That means it’s, “For a limited time only, sign up now!”, only they don’t say it like that. They’re working to add bandwidth to the site, and make sure everybody can upload their bookmarks safely.

Simpy is a popular social bookmarking site where users can save and share bookmarks. You can save a Simpy icon to your browser’s tool bar and simply click it whenever you see something you want to come back to.

The most popular tags are tech things like “java” or “software,” and “how to” and “blogs.” Simpy has pages of every topic you can think of, but there is a lot about business and technology. This is what Simpy users seem to be most into, although you can find lots of stuff about news or arts and culture.

You just can’t make an account any easier than with TagTooga; they make the account for the you the minute you first check out the page. TagTooga creates an account using your IP address, so you can start editing content even before you register. That’s got to be a world record!

You don’t have to keep the account, of course, You can simply “log out” and then “register,” and TagTooga will register you like any other social bookmarking site.

Netvous is a site where you can save your bookmarks and share them with your friends. Its tagging system makes it easy for you to search and find other things you like online.

The front page lists the most recently added sites. On the day I looked, they included a Super Bowl advertising video, a page with some tools for Macs, some videos of beer advertisements on TV, a site that has books on MP3, and a site for Sinn Fein.
